Dear Friends of Studio 116:
This January brings the current version of Studio 116 to a close. The adventure of ‘Growing Community Through the Arts’ will definitely continue in our lives, and we trust in yours as well. In 2012, when we really began all of the nuts and bolts of making Studio 116 a reality, we knew that there was a lot of talent in our area but we were blown away with the depth and richness of the artistic and musical talent in our community.
Our primary reason for shuttering 116 S. Main Street is our lack of time to commit to the Studio because of the demands of our professional obligations. We look forward to continuing the promotion of and development of the arts within our community by supporting other local institutions with similar goals.
Thank you to our many friends and supporters, including our many volunteers, gallery artists, musicians, art lesson teachers (and our young artists AND their families!), downtown Brundidge neighbors, community arts supporters and our many wonderful patrons.
With Sincere Thanks, Chris and Sara
